I have been looking for quiet a long time for a controller with this characteristics and quality, and I have to recognize that I'm very pleased with this choice, more than with any other controller I have -quite a few now-. The EN16 fits perfectly in my setup and is so light and small with an unbeatable quality-price ratio in my opinion. I like simple but beautiful and reliable devices and for me this is a must.

I love the grid system and the individual models. Have been using them for a couple of years now the modular, configurable nature are easy repairability are a big deal, plus they feel great to use which is obviously important in a controller.

I only had the chance to test the EN16 yesterday and quite quickly. The controller looks solid, encoders are smooth and the push button works just fine. Overall look is minimal, nice and (favorite colour) black. The EN 16 works really nice in Live. It literally is plug and play. Mapping works easy. Using the EN 16 is just fun - I still have to do a deep dive to discover all possibilities with Grid, but it seems really promising. Quick checked the sequencer function - nice. LEDs are colour adjustable. This thing works just fine out of the box, but i guess the real magic happens when you fully customize it. Happy new user here.

Super happy with the EN16. Gives me full flexibility to set up multiple setups for different functions in my workflow. Having some willingness to learn how LUA works is a must to get the most out it
Met Your Expectations?
More flexible that I'd initially hoped. Plus the InTech team are very responsive and helpful via Discord
How Do You Use Grid?
I have limited space so I have a fully VST/DAW system running from a laptop. Having the EN16 allows me to have physical interaction with Synths and other plugins without needing physical units.

There are many such controllers which are just a grid of midi-mappable knobs, but these have many more function than those other controllers! While they're not potentiometers (which have smooth rotation action, something I wish more reviewers pointed out. In this regard, the encoders aren't as good for pure daw midi-mapping) the sheer level of scripting and open sourcing give these controllers unlimited potential! I can only imagine how useful these would be if they introduced some sort of small OLED screen module so people can introduce visualizers for their arpeggiators, or display what parameters get mapped in the blue hand script. One thing I do want in the future is some mod I can do to my encoders to make the steps these encoders rotate with a little closer to one another. I really do want these to feel smoother.
