Hi everyone,
Has anyone ever had Relative Mode suddenly break? Last night while editing in LRC, all of my VSN1L and EN16 dials switched to Absolute Mode without warning, and I can’t switch back to Relative Mode no matter what profile I load into the module. Same problem happens with the VSN1L endless jogwheel.
The only way I can get Relative Mode to work is by selecting an individual dial control in Grid Editor and turning it on manually — but it won’t save and jumps back to Absolute Mode as soon as I click on another dial in the app or try to store the config settings.
Attached screenshots + video of the issue.
Here’s everything I’ve tried so far in no particular order:
- Reinstalling the app
- Clearing config settings/resetting app preferences
- Deleting all user-data folders
- Testing with Nightly
- Logging out of my cloud profile
- Unplugging the device
- Restarting my Macbook
- Trying a different USB cable
- Trying a different USB port
- Uninstalling/reinstalling Lightroom package
- Uninstalling all other packages
- Disconnecting the VSN1L and EN16 from each other
- Force restarting the modules
- Closing lots of background apps, devices etc
