Hi I purchased a couple of secondhand PBF4's (they are older models) a couple of months ago and one of the utility buttons has become unresponsive unless I press it really hard and at the bottom of the button. Is there anyway I can fix this?

monojak · Hi Greg my module is older than 2023. It has the logo on the front. Are these instructions still valid?
kkerti · For opening up and identifying the internals of the module - yes.
kkerti · To check what's going on is enough to remove the knobs and unscrew the front panel. Be careful with the knob removal. We used a very finicky 3d printed part in the knobs to give them decent height, they can break easily.
kkerti · When the front panel is removed you can check if the button itself broke or the utility button plastic got dirty / broken.
