In the VSN1 product videos, I saw a version of the TEK2 with big "machanical" buttons as the VSN1 has them ... will there be some kind of upgrade option for the TEK2 like the mixer knobs for the fader units, or is this a new version of the TEKx?

kkerti · The circuit boards, internal design will be all new for VSNx units. The two jog version VSNx unit looks like a mechanical TEK2 variant, but it's only the looks - from product development standpoint it's a new product.
kkerti · We are still figuring out how TEK2 will be available in the future, right now we are thinking of discontinueing the current hardware (replacement parts, firmware and software support will remain), and introduce a TEK2 mechanical version alongside the products with screens (VSNx).
one-off · would absolutely love (and buy many) the TEK2 with mechanical buttons 😀
