For some reason this unit just freezes, lights are still on and do not glow if any thing is pushed or turned up,
but it doesn't communicate any more.
Things ive tried
any ideas? Can i replace parts?

i was having a bunch of similar problems with mine where it would drop connections or brick itself constantly. Happened a lot with page changing in particular, but also would just occur randomly will using it. Also happened no matter whether it was plugged directly into the computer or with a powered dock i was using and with several different cords that i tried. usually it would unbrick itself if i restarted the dock it was plugged into, but it was really annoying. i ended up switching to a much faster usb C cable than what was provided in the box and that seems to have stabilized it considerably. not really getting any bricking anymore, and if i do it generally it is fixed by just uplugging the cable and plugging it back in or by hitting the page change buttons on the unit itself. annoying that the provided cable doesn't seem to be powerfully enough to prevent this
