I put the items in my cart last night and the total with shipping came to £338, I went to buy them this morning and it's jumped up to £354. What happened overnight to increase the fees?

Greg-Orca · Probably the shipping cost was added to the total when you started the checkout process and entered your address.

No, both totals were after shipping and import fees etc had been added. It was the customs fees that had increased overnight
kkerti · My assumption is that courier / shipping companies add additional fees during the holidays rush hour.
