Pot Meter Animation to make blink

Hi, I've got my first PO16 and BU16, and think they look perfect for what I'm after, and have made great progress in what I want to set it up for 👍🏼
However, I am stuck on something. Basically I want the potmeters to blink when they are not at the zero positon (so that when I am playing my live set, I can see that something is turned on), and am really struggling to find out how to do that. I've got a vague grasp of how to use the grid editor, but am not super familiar with it yet.
Are there some references to how to do it?
