As the title says, is there a way or has somebody figured out how? I can do that in windows with midi mixer but that would require ...windows... I'm trying to have each fader tied to a separate channel, so for example, fader 1 would be main output , 2 whatever was in focus like a game, 3 discord, 4 media

narayb · Probably the easiest way would be to create a daemon that runs on boot to read incoming MIDI signals, looking for specific ones bound to your system volume controls. Unsure if there is an app for this already.
code7747 · There is this https://github.com/tearoww/midi-mixer but its is not useable at least for my needs, having to rebind every time is not ideal and it seems to be abandoned
