no midi in cubase or other apps from EF44, sliders working fine in grid editor.

Hi there, as the title says, im having trouble seeing any midi data on from the sliders.
I have 2 x EF44 controllers, I want to use them in Cubase 14.

I get the intech device in device manager, the midi port in out shows in cubase midi port all ok, but no midi data is showing.
In the attached video, is the midi monitor in cubase for the IN port. Ive also tested in Catibile and midiox and no midi messages.

tested all this with one and both devices, in different midi ports. uninstalled the device and restarted multiple times, updated firmware, tested with and without grid software open

Its worked in the past on this PC (Windows 10) I've enabled TPM recently on the motherboard since it last worked if that matters.

any help would be appreciated. Cheers.

Are you going through a hub perchance?

ive tried another connection but it was my monitor usb hub

will try a direct connection when back at studio. Is that a known issue?

Out of 10 usb hubs 2 will work inconsistently with Grid, so it's a known issue factor.

Still not getting anything via direct USB-C connection. I'll keep tinkering here but if anyone has any other suggestions would be great.

Working as intended in grid editor, but not in DAWS, no midi CCs being sent

ok got it working.

In device manager, i clicked View-Show Hidden Devices
Then i uninstalled all greyed out audio and midi devices and did a restart, and it started working

I also stopped the service for rtpMidi, which im hoping wasn't the cause, as its great.

I seem to be having this probem too, I'm not using a hub

Nothing shows up in my device manager and there is no option for "Show hidden devices" under the view menu
