Hi there! So I am trying to configure the EF44 in Cubase 14 and I read that track quick controls is the way to go, however quick controls are legacy now for Cubase 14, and it is suggested to use MIDI remote instead. It seems they even moved the Quick Controls section from the track inspector to the MIDI remote tab. So I wish to try setting up the Grid as MIDI Remote.
But there I have one problem: the Grid doesn't show up as a device in the MIDI Remote preferences.
Does anyone know more about this? Note: I still followed the instructions from the KB and set up the legacy Track Quick Controls for the Grid and it works, so I'm not blocked as of now. But this could become a problem for Cubase users by the EOY if they upgrade to a future Cubase 15 and Steinberg decides to completely remove Quick Controls.
