Good morning all, quick questions!

  1. How long is the led light for the grid controllers?
  2. Is there any way to have them turn off when my computer sleeps from the grid editor, or do I need to configure windows to do some power saving on the usb port they are plugged into?

  1. If you keep them plugged in, the best way would be to enable USB power save in your computer's BIOS.

  1. There are the occasional reports of LEDs dying, but in a practical sense they should last you years. Really depends on your application in this case.

I recommend a usb hub with a power button for each usb connection, that way I turn off the grid modules when I'm not using them
