Inquiry about delivery / Follow-up on support email

I’m not entirely sure if this is the right place to ask, but I’m looking for some advice regarding a support inquiry. I sent an email to [email protected] a week ago about my delivery, but I haven't received a response yet.

Does anyone here know if a one-week wait is typical, or if there's a better way to get an update? Thank you!

I think your ticket should be resolved later today. Just heard from Balint, he has a larger batch of unresolved cases to do today. Thanks for your patience!

For more context, some support cases require a lot of brainpower to go through specific troubleshooting / support tasks. These tend to be merged into an "evening of work". Maybe your case is "easy", but it could split through cracks and got queued up for such an event. We aim for a first reply within 48 hours on workdays.
