I need a knob to select a control and the endless to activate it. Is it possible ? Thanks

In this post we discuss the Lightroom integration and you can find a few profiles @user made, with one of them, you select the control by putting your mouse on top of the control in lightroom, and then use the endless to change the values, that's what I am using right now:
