Grid editor 1.3.3: BU16 does not go into bootloader

When I connect the BU16, Grid editor says: "firmware mismatch detected". Then I want to bring the BU16 into bootloader mode, but the LEDs light up green briefly and then stay blue.

My guess would be a dodgy USB port on the BU16, not software related.

Hm... Many of my units does have this problem.

Could it be that the button is not getting pressed properly? Can you switch pages in normal operation with the utility button?
