I received my VSN1R today from the Kickstarter campaign, however when I go to view my account, I do not see my other two EF44s that I had previously ordered.

kkerti · Hey, please write a mail to [email protected], some sort of record should exist for sure. It's likely that you have an order either with a date before 2025-06 or while you settled the kickstarter order your account email has changed.
Wizard · OK, I just did. I think I somehow have a "temp" [Kickstarter] account out there that just needs to be merged with my original account so we'll see. Thanks for the reply and it's in support's hands now. 👍
