Currently the Encoder LED display shows a growing bright light against a dimmer background display, that extends to cover 5 LED points as you turn the encoder. Is it possible to change this to be a single bright point that moves over the 5 points, either on no 'background' or on much dimmer one so the point stands out more. I find when I glance down at the display, I often cannot discern its exact setting.

narayb · There is a simple solution that creates this effect, although it's not perfect.
narayb · It's only fault is that the colors lower into 0 in the top and bottom state of the endless. This could be circumvented by picking a custom color instead of Auto and using map_saturate() to not allow it to lower to 0.
