Add long press to push and rotate with encoders

Does anyone know how to add the ability to long press an encoder when there is a press and rotate trigger on the encoder without it triggering during a press and rotate event? I am using the setup from the "Rotate & Push-Rotat & Press ( momentary )" config and can add a midi block to the end of the timer section to allow for long press action to trigger, but this also causes it to trigger in the middle of a push and rotate event, which i don't want to happen. Been playing around with a bunch of different if/then statements, but i can't get it working. thanks!
