12 Increment Value Function

Is there a code snippet / function somewhere which would show how to adjust the encoder by 12 value increments? Looking to send midi cc to the TUNE knob and turn into an Octave shifter. 🙂

This is one way to do this, change +/-12 on each encoder tick:

  1. set the encoder maximum for 127//12 -> 10
  2. multiply the encoder value by 12
