We also reserve the right to remove any reviews that are not in line with our review policy. We do not allow any reviews that contain the following:

• NSFW (Not Safe for Work) content, whether it's gore, nudity or anything related
• The use of sexualized language or imagery, and sexual attention or advances of any kind

Upon encountering a negative review coming from a verified customer, we'll do our best to contact the customer and resolve the issue. We may use the review anonymously to share it with our community.
