We’re sorry you’re not satisfied with your purchase. Please send an email to support@intech.studio with your order number within 30 days of receiving your product. You can return your product for a different product or a refund to the original payment method.
If you purchase a product through this Website, we will ship it on such terms and conditions that we may disclose to you at the time of your purchase. We can not guarantee any shipping service and delivery time. We will, however, make every attempt to dispatch the product as soon as possible after you place your order. You will receive an estimation with your order confirmation mail. We will communicate any difficulties via e-mail, which may delay shipping of your order. If technical problems prevent or unreasonably delay delivery of the product, your exclusive and sole remedy is either replacement or refund of the price paid.
We are shipping worldwide, however, if due to some reason we cannot deliver to your country, we’ll contact you and refund your order. We deliver to all types of customers (B2B and D2C as well).
The products displayed in the Intech Studio website do not constitute a binding offer to conclude a purchase contract between Intech Studio and you. Delivery times may vary depending on where you are in the world but you can usually depend on seeing your items in 3 to 14 days from the time you placed your order and as long as your order is in stock. If we cannot fulfill your order or if certain products from your order are not available until a later date, then you will be informed about your estimated delivery date. We are currently in contract with DHL, FedEx, UPS and DPD as a shipping partner. The range of available shipping options may change.
Deliveries to EUROPEAN UNION will be always be charged with applicable Value Added Tax (VAT). All the prices are before tax prices and exclude the applicable country VAT , which is added upon cart items and shipping destination is updated. Deliveries to US/CANADA/INTERNATIONAL will be charged with 0 tax by payment. However, local taxes may be applicable after receipt. For deliveries to US/CANADA/INTERNATIONAL, you are responsible for any tariffs, taxes, fees, import duties due upon receipt. We will process your payment information when you insert your payment details on the payment page, but you will be charged only after the review and submit steps at the end of the purchase process. Prices may change and offers may be withdrawn at any time. We only accept payment methods as indicated on the payment page at the time of purchase. Intech Studio has a warranty of one year or longer if required by the relevant legislation. All pictures which we use to depict goods are merely specimen photos. They shall not represent a true-to-life reproduction of the respective product at any rate; they shall only serve as an illustration. The products may differ from the photo. The technical description of the product shall be the decisive factor. Our products shall only be suitable for normal private or commercial use, but not for use in critical security systems, nuclear power stations or medical equipment with a lifesaving function. We shall not be responsible for damage caused through such use or a comparable application. If you receive a good that has obviously been damaged during transport, please complain about this directly to the shipping agent and also contact us as soon as possible. Not doing so will not void your warranty rights, but it will help us to claim from the shipping agency or the shipping insurance. We shall assume no warranty for damage which was caused due to unsuitable or improper use, incorrect installation or commissioning by the purchaser or third parties, natural wear and tear, incorrect or negligent handling, unsuitable operating resources, non-compliance with operating and maintenance instructions, and improper modifications or repair work by the purchaser or third parties. If the purchaser carries on using the goods in spite of knowledge of a defect, we shall only be liable for the original defect, but not for any damage which was caused through further use.

The T&C shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the European Union and Hungary without regard to the conflicts of laws provisions. By using the Website you agree to the personal jurisdiction of Hungary and the European Union and waive any jurisdictional objections to such courts.
The failure by Intech Studio to enforce any right or provision of the T&C will not constitute a waiver of such right or provision unless acknowledged and agreed to by Intech Studio in writing. Except as expressly set forth in the T&C, the exercise by either party of any of its remedies under the T&C will be without prejudice to its other remedies under the T&C or otherwise.
