Compact synergy
This workflow features a profile built specifically for the 1010music Bluebox, offering more precise and natural volume control through logarithmic-style faders. By default, the Bluebox uses linear volume adjustment, which doesn't reflect how our ears perceive loudness. This setup transforms that behavior into a logarithmic curve, making fine adjustments easier — especially at higher volumes where precision matters most. The profile also uses the toggle buttons, so quick channel mutes are easy to do.

Easy to map, ready for action
Grid offers unmatched customization through Editor, where you can fine tune how the controller should react even to the smallest change. Not only the fader can be changed to follow logarithmic curve, but the fader's default max volume can be also set to be either 0dB when the fader is fully up, or adjust the max value (e.g. from 0dB to +12dB) or set a custom value for your own taste.

This profile was created for mixing on the 1010Music Bluebox instrument. It is using logarithmic curve calculation, with the function explin() defined on the fader's setup event.
On each fader's setup event (element 4,5,6 and 7), the maximum and minimum value can be changed in the Self action block, with the maxVal and minVal variables. The maximum is 127, by the MIDI spec.
Feature highlights:

- By default max fader channel volume will be 0dB (maxVal = 114)
- Buttons are channel mute, as they are set to toggle
